Shannon Ehli approaches her role as VP of strategy and operations with a keen eye for people and their needs. From strategy and finance to HR and organizational effectiveness, she keeps all the wheels turning efficiently here at MJM. Her experience is rooted in startups, where she’s had roles in marketing, sales, customer experience and operations. While she’s adopted many responsibilities over the years, her proudest accomplishment is being the mother of her children. This inspired her to found The Gathering Well, a nonprofit dedicated to providing adoptive and foster families with community and training resources. When she’s out of the office, you can find Shannon in the community, cheering on her kids in their extracurricular activities, practicing hot yoga, going on long walks with her husband, or facilitating Gathering Well workshops that help people care well for themselves and others.
