With a career stemming from both agency work and business leadership, she has mastered the art of crafting plans for growth that truly deliver results. Courtney taps into her creative side as a photographer, capturing newborns, families, and senior portraits. She’s also the author of Colt the Courageous, a children’s book which grew out of her passion for dyslexia education. Courtney and her husband, Mike, are raising two boys who dominate the wrestling mat in the winter and the football field in the fall—ensuring life is always full of action and inspiration.
