Interactive Series Administers a Monthly Dose of Knowledge on Interventional Glaucoma

Glaukos wanted to bring doctors and administrators together through a series of interactive webinars focused on helping eyecare practices optimize interventional glaucoma treatments. We collaborated with them to plan and brand what became the iDose of Knowledge series.

The Journey

In 2024, Glaukos collaborated with MJM to create a webinar series focusing on a first-of-its-kind glaucoma treatment: The iDose® TR—an FDA-approved procedural pharmaceutical that lowers eye pressure in glaucoma patients. The series Getting Started with iDose TR was designed to help doctors learn about the treatment and overcome any reimbursement barriers that came with implementing this new offering into their practices.

After doctors became more acclimated with the reimbursement process for iDose TR, MJM suggested that it was time for the series to evolve. Enter iDose of Knowledge: An Interactive Series. This new set of webinars continues the original series’ mission but with a broader focus on ways to implement iDose TR and learn how to become more interventional about treating glaucoma. MJM helps facilitate conversations between doctors and/or administrators as they educate their peers on the benefits and best practices of interventional glaucoma.

Mend

The Work

Ahead of each webinar, our team interviews that month’s featured panelist(s) to help them prepare for their session. We ask questions surrounding the topic, document their responses, and create the presentation outline along with speaker notes they can refer to during the live webinar. Our team also builds out the presentation deck based on the information gathered from those interviews.

MJM schedules and facilitates the sessions, while our principal and founder, Matt Jensen, moderates each webinar. He guides the panelists through their assigned speaking topics and facilitates in-depth conversations that cover all aspects of interventional glaucoma, from patient identification to reimbursement and payment best practices. Audience members can submit questions during sessions, which our team facilitates for panelists to answer live.
