Insurance shouldn’t be a hurdle. At MJM, we partnered with Sight Sciences, an eyecare technology company, to help practices leap over that obstacle. Sight Sciences has developed three products for practices to implement interventional eyecare treatments. Each product needs their own reimbursement guide, which their in-house team works to produce.
MJM partnered with Sight Sciences to develop a suite of reimbursement support materials, including guides, forms, document and communication templates. These resources help practices more effectively navigate the reimbursement process for Sight Sciences products, supporting them in ongoing efforts to offer interventional eye care treatments that benefit patients. MJM also developed a consistent brand identity across all documents to make the materials feel cohesive and to draw attention to Sight Science’s investment in reimbursement support. The partnership consisted of MJM providing yearly updates to the guides, as insurance and dollar amounts continue to fluctuate.
